From late April to October, it's fresh greens every day on the farm. We grow Simpson, Red Sails, and Buttercrunch varieties as both head lettuce and baby greens. These row crops are carefully timed and rotated to provide a constant harvest every week. Lettuce likes sunny days, cool nights, and rich moist soil.
